Legal Assistant / TRAINEE

The role

We have an opportunity for a Legal Assistant or a Legal Trainee to provide support to our team and clients in a well-established and respected firm. 

The  role plays an important part in providing high level support to the solicitors of the firm. It is imperative the right person has a high level of attention to detail and can work under pressure and deliver results with accuracy.

The role reports directly to our experienced and highly skilled Senior Legal Assistant. It is important you can meet the demands of the role and provide a high level of support to the Senior Legal Assistant.

There will be times where you will be required to work in other areas of the business to support the team.  

We expect our team to always present in highly professional attire.

Your experience 

It is preferrable, but not required, to have prior experience in an office / legal environment or at least 1 to 2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant / Legal Assistant.

If you are applying for the trainee role no experience is necessary.

It is preferred you have experience using various computer software and can quickly learn new systems. Experience using LEAP would be desirable. 

A high level of communications skills is required inclusive of both written and verbal.

A high level of customer service experience is required to be able to meet the level of customer service needs for our valued clients.

Conveyancing Clerk

The role

We have an opportunity for a conveyancing clerk to join a well-established and respected firm. 

It is imperative the right person has a high level of attention to detail and can work under pressure and deliver results with accuracy.

You will be expected to work independently being a hybrid role whilst providing team support both remotely and in the office.

We expect our team to always present in highly professional attire.

Your experience 

It is preferrable the right person has at least 2 to 5 years of experience as a conveyancing clerk.

It is required you have experience using various computer systems and can quickly learn new systems. Experience using LEAP would be preferrable.
